How late can I be for my appointment?
You have to be here at your appointment time or before. Late arrivals may be rescheduled for a different day, and the appointment marked as a missed appointment.
How do I request my records from my previous doctor?
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, Medicaid card and identification.
What types of insurance do you take?
We take most commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and Chips. Please call your insurance carrier to make sure that we are on your plan.
How do I become a patient?
It's very easy to become a patient. Just call one of our friendly staff at 903-675-7376 and they will be more than happy to make you and your children an appointment.

Does your office offer infertility?
Yes we do. This service is provided on a cash payment basis only. We do not file on your insurance.
Does your office treat high risk pregnancy patients?
We do handle high risk pregnancies on a case by case basis. If you are high risk patient, please call and ask to speak to a nurse regarding appointments.
